PRICING
The prices listed for our products on our website include all applicable VAT but exclude delivery charges. If the VAT rate changes between your order and dispatch date, we will adjust the VAT you pay unless payment has already been made in full.
We charge your payment method when your order is dispatched, and we will send a Dispatch Confirmation email. Ownership of the product passes to you once full payment is received. If payment is overdue, we reserve the right to charge interest at 2% per annum above the Bank of England base rate, accruing daily until the amount is paid in full.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
Unless stated otherwise, TRANSACT CLIENT GROUP LTD is not the manufacturer of the products. While we strive for accuracy, product colours may vary slightly from their digital images and packaging may differ. Please read product labels and instructions before use.
We may update products to comply with legal requirements or to make minor improvements that don’t affect usage.
DELIVERY & PROCESSING POLICY
Order Processing Times Orders are processed on the same business day when received before 4pm GMT. Orders placed after this time or during weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day. Additional delays may occur during peak periods.
Delivery Options Delivery options and their associated charges (inclusive of VAT) are provided on our website.
DELAY OR NON-PERFORMANCE
If delivery is delayed due to events beyond our control, we will notify you and take steps to reduce the delay. We will not compensate for such delays. However, if the delay is substantial, you may cancel the order and request a refund for undelivered items.
In cases of non-performance caused by external events, we will cancel the contract and refund any payments for undelivered products.
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of product delivery.
To cancel, contact our Customer Service Team using the details in the “Returns Policy” or send a completed cancellation form to info@transactclientgroup.com or by post to 101 Watling Street, Radlett, England, WD7 7JA.
Return the product to us within 14 days of cancellation to: 297 Lewisham High St London SE13 6NL.
Keep proof of return. Without it, we may not process your refund.
We only refund standard delivery fees. Express or timed delivery charges are not refundable.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product (or proof of return) using your original payment method. No fee applies for refunds.
If the product is returned used or damaged beyond acceptable retail standards, we may reduce or deny the refund.
RETURNS POLICY
If your product is faulty or not as described, notify us via the contact form on https://transactclientgroup.com or by email at info@transactclientgroup.com.
Please describe the issue and specify whether you’d prefer a replacement or refund. Include photos/videos if possible.
Once confirmed, we will provide a prepaid return label. Updates will be provided throughout the returns process.
WARRANTY PERIOD
Faults not caused by misuse and reported within 12 months will be repaired or replaced. This is in addition to your legal rights.
STATUTORY RIGHTS
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015:
- You can request a refund within 30 days if goods are faulty.
- Within 6 months, if items cannot be repaired or replaced, you may be eligible for a full refund.
- Within 6 years, if items don’t last a reasonable time, partial refunds may apply.
USE OF PRODUCTS
Products are for domestic or home-office use unless stated otherwise. Misuse or modification invalidates warranty and may affect eligibility for a return or refund.
CUSTOMS
International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes. These charges are your responsibility. Customs regulations vary, and you should contact your local customs office for details. Cross-border packages may be opened and inspected by customs authorities.
ENDING OUR CONTRACT
We may end the contract if you don’t accept delivery in a reasonable time. Compensation may be sought.
OUR LIABILITY
We are liable for losses resulting from our breach unless:
- The loss was not foreseeable;
- Caused by an uncontrollable delay;
- Avoidable through reasonable actions by you;
- The loss relates to business use of the product.
These limitations may not apply depending on local laws. We do not exclude liability for fraud, death, or injury caused by our negligence.
CHILDREN
We do not sell products to individuals under 18. Transactions must be completed by a parent or guardian.
PERSONAL DATA
We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Notice on our website.
DISPUTES
If you have a complaint, write to our Managing Director at: B33 The Ridgeway, Iver, SL0 9HW.
These terms are governed by English law. Legal claims can be brought in English, Welsh, Scottish, or Northern Irish courts as applicable.
OTHER TERMS
We may transfer our obligations to another party. This will not affect your rights.
This contract is between you and TRANSACT CLIENT GROUP LTD. No third party has rights under this contract.
If a court finds part of this contract unlawful, the rest remains valid and enforceable.
